You can create stock option entries on this page.
To create stock option entries, function right 140 – Maintain option transactions is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Click this to save the stock option entry.
Click this to save the stock option entry and create another entry.
Select a person to create a stock option entry for the selected person. This field is mandatory. For more information, see Creating and modifying entries for people.
Type or select a transaction date of the stock option.
Select Granted, Buy, Sell, Canceled, or Expired as the type of stock option.
Type the name of the stock. This field is mandatory.
Type the quantity of the stocks. This field is mandatory.
Type or select the currency of the stocks. This field is mandatory.
Type the premium amount.
Note: If Sell is selected at Type, this field will not be displayed.
Type an exercise price for the stocks. The exercise price is typically set at the company's stock price on the day of the stock option grant. This field is mandatory.
Type or select a vesting date for the stocks. The vesting date specifies when the stock options may first be exercised. This field is mandatory.
Type or select an end date for the stock options to be exercised. This field is mandatory.
Type your remarks for this entry in the box provided. Click Timestamp to record your user name, date, and time the remark was made. Click Full screen to display the remarks box in a full screen view.
